Privacy notice — waitlist

What we collect
- Your email address — only if you type it into the waitlist form. That is the only personal information we ask for.
- The date and time you joined, and your browser type, kept with your email to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
To send you launch updates about PriceLive Health. Nothing else.
Anonymous usage statistics
To know whether this page is useful, we count anonymous events such as page views, button clicks (for example "Join the waitlist") and whether the demo video was started. These counts use no cookies, contain no email address or other personal information and are not used to identify you. We do not use advertising trackers or social media plugins. Our hosting provider may also measure aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics.
Who we share it with
No one. Your email is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is stored with our hosting provider only so the waitlist can work.
How long we keep it
Until launch and the launch updates are sent, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.
How to remove your email
Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or simply reply to that email, and we will delete your email from the waitlist.
The app and your profile
The app (open the app) has no accounts. Your answers (ZIP code, ages, household, estimated income and preferences) are saved only in your browser (local storage on your device) so you don't have to type them again. We never receive them and never store them on our servers. You can see them and remove them at any time with the profile button, then "Clear my profile". To show prices, the app sends these answers, without any name or email, directly from your browser to the public HealthCare.gov Marketplace API run by CMS. In voice mode, speech recognition and spoken questions are handled by your browser's own speech service; the keyboard always works instead.
